[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order of this court dated 23.06.2017 made in W.M.P.No.17052 of 2017 in W.P.No.15766of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the lock and seal order has been passed against which appeal has been filed on 14.11.2016 and subsequently on 16.05.2017, a Government Order has been passed to deseal the building in question.
