A huge delay of 1291 days is sought to be condoned. The judgment was pronounced by the Trial Court on 21.03.2018. A copy application was made on 23.03.2018 and the copy was delivered to the appellant on 21.05.2018. The appeal has been filed on 28.02.2022. 2.The only reason that has been assigned for the delay is that there is frequent transfer of Officials and the pandemic. We do not think pandemic to be attributed to the delay, since the lockdown was imposed atleast two years after the copy of the judgment and decree of the Trial Court were made available to the appellant. Frequent transfers of Officials is not an acceptable reason. Hence, we do not see any justification for the delay. 3.In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. (R.S.M., J.)
