When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 5 has drawn the attention of this Court to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 21.11.2016 and would submit that on the applications filed by respondent Nos.5 and 6, enquiry is to be held on 15.12.2016. He further submits that the petitioner has also filed an application and therefore, in that enquiry, the petitioner can also participate.
