The petitioners are A2 and A1 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under section 399 IPC, in Crime No.204 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the petitioners were making preparation to commit decoity.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the first petitioner is having four previous cases and the second petitioner is having three previous cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Villupuram and report before Villupuram Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 1 2. 0 4. 2 0 1 6 v s g Crl.O.P.No. 6 9 9 7 of 2 0 1 6
