extent of 10 acres of land jointly owned by us situate at Madipakkam Village, Seyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to our properties comprised in Survey Nos.160/1,164/5,193/1B, 193/2 and 193/3A totally and measuring to an extent of 10 acres of land jointly owned by us situate at Madipakkam Village, Seyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 with regard to give police protection to the petitioner's property comprised in Survey Nos.160/1,164/5,193/1B, 193/2 and 193/3A, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2022 is available with the second respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2022 on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
