This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12530 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
