This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16498 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023 in Crime No.157 of 2023, on the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders by this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16498 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
