The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff, who has filed a suit in O.S.No.87 of 2017 on the file of learned III Addl. District Court, Puducherry against the defendants 1 to 9. In that suit, some of defendants appeared and some of defendants not appeared. Thereafter, one of 2/4

defendants filed an application to set aside the exparte order and the same is pending for more than two years. Hence, he wanted to issue a direction for speedy disposal.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Records perused. On perusal of e-court status, an Interlocutary Application in I.A.No.213 of 2021 was filed and the same is pending for more than two years without any progress. However, the concerned judge of that court is vacant. Therefore, the incharge trial judge is directed to consider the application and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
