This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14017 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2022 on 07.09.2022 to report before the Trial Court on all Working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
