ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.273 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamalee.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the prosecution examined 6 witnesses as PW1 to PW6. After commencement of trial, this Court cannot consider quashing the entire proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with, and she shall be represented by a counsel after filing an appropriate application. However, the petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and at the time of passing judgment. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
