JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 26.06.2025 made in W.P.No.22970 of 2025.

2. By the said order, the Writ Court has directed the appellant TANGEDCO to give service connection to the respondent/writ petitioner by getting indemnity bond.

3. Though the present appeal has been directed as against the said order, in the meanwhile, based on the directions given by the learned Judge, it has been complied with and the service connection has been extended to the respondent/writ petitioner, as submitted by Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellants. In view of the compliance having been made of the impugned order, nothing survives in this writ appeal for adjudication.

4. Recording the same, this writ appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.22184 of 2025 is closed.
