This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22035 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., and at 5.30 p.m. for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22035 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/4

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22035 of 2022 vide order dated 13.09.2022, with a condition to report before the respondent Police everyday for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required.

3. He further submitted that the petitioner has already completed 5 weeks and thereby, the present petition has been filed, whereas, this Court, had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, thereby, the matter has been sought for clarification.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for a period of five weeks.

5. Considering the above submissions, the para 4 of the order shall be read as follows:

"4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22035 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 is totally relaxed."
