O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petition filed before the Family Court, Dharmapuri, under Order IX Rule 9 of Code of Civil Procedure in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

2.The Court below dismissed the petition on the ground that it is not maintainable. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the order of maintenance is also a subject matter of challenge in Crl.R.C.No.1376 of 2017 and the same is pending till date.

3.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Family Court, Dharmapuri, in F.C.C.M.P.No.69 of 2017 in F.C.C.M.P.No.29 of 2017 in F.C.M.C.No.37 of 2016 and there are no grounds to interfere with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
