(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to support affidavit, Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, who is before this Court on VC (video conferencing) platform (to be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court), submits that the cause of action is common and writ petitioners 2 to 10 are the children of first writ petitioner. Therefore, accepting the above ground/reason, the captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for subject to petitioners paying or having paid separate Court fee. There shall be no order as to costs.
