When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28475 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018, the respondent has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed orders and he produced a copy of the said order in Na.Ka.2773/2008/A5 dated 04.11.2019 to that effect.

2. Recording the above said submissions, this contempt petition is closed.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the above said order of the respondent. It is always left open to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedy, if he is so advised.
