This application has been filed to dispense with the production of the original copy of the award dated 25.09.2023 passed by the learned arbitrator.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3.The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has stated that during the incessant rains that lashed Chennai in the month of December 2023, the original award copy was misplaced and the same was not traceable.

4.In view of the above, the application is ordered and the production of original copy of the award dated 25.09.2023 is dispensed with for the present.
