[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR J.] When the matter was taken up, Mr.M.Elango, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to come to this Court on the same issue, if writ petitioner is put under pain of dispossession / demolition and if any other need arises for writ petitioner to come to this Court. This request is acceded to.
