This application has been filed to appoint a Receiver to take over the administration of the 1st respondent firm.

2. Since the dispute relates to the partnership and the matter is already referred to the Arbitration and the parties filed their respective counter claims, this Court cannot pass any interim order for appointing the Receiver. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
