These petitions are filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above Tax Case Appeals.

2. Dr.B.Ramaswamy, learned senior standing counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in allowing these petitions seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
