Ms. No. 117 dated 12.10.2021 and quash the same as illegal, utlra vires and without Jurisdiction and consequently directing the Respondents to include traditional Sthapatis within the objectives of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable 1/4

Endowments, Engineering and Sub-ordinate Service Rules pertaining to Renovation and Conservation Wing in appointment of such Sthapatis to various Temples under the control of HR & CE Department, by issuance of appropriate notification and to complete such exercise.
