The petitioner herein seeks police protection alleging that he has been threatened by some named person.

The status report filed by the respondent police indicates that the petitioner had two previous cases and got acquittal, otherwise there is no threat to his life. The petitioner claiming himself as State President of Sanadhana Bharatha Seva having few members in his organization. To draw attention of the public seeking police protection with imaginary accusation. Further patta passbook is opened and the police is having round o clock surveillance.
