Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in Letter No.19368/Agri engi 8(2)/ 2015-6 dated 09.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.06.2015 and release all admissible terminal benefit to him.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
