ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) When the writ petition is taken up for admission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that challenging the notice impugned herein, earlier the petitioner's mother filed W.P.No.27874 of 2022 and this Court by the order dated 19.10.2022, dismissed the said writ petition.
2. Since similar writ petition, being W.P.No.27874 of 2022, filed by the mother of the petitioner has already been dismissed by this Court, this writ petition is also dismissed finding no merit in it.
There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.27457 and 27458 of 2022 are closed.
