These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing petition to set aside abatement on account of death of the appellant; set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant in the above appeal suit.

2.Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to advance substantive justice, these petitions are ordered, accordingly.
