When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before this court, if the selection list published by the 4th respondent is approved by the respondents 1 and 2. No costs.
