ORDER

It is submitted on both sides that an Award has been passed in terms of the order of this Court dated 14.02.2018 in W.P.No.2421 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner however, submitted that the Award has only given raise to a fresh cause of action for another litigation. 3.Inasmuch as the order of this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed. So far as the alleged fresh cause of action, that cannot be countenanced in this proceedings.
