Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandyutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied and Order of suspension has been revoked and General Provident Fund amount has been released to the petitioner and also produced a communication of the second respondent dated 08.11.2024 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
