ORDER
This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP No.23234 of 2021 has not been complied with.

The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the directions issued in the writ petition has been complied with.

The first direction is with regard to permitting the petitioner to switch over to group captive consumption. This
permission has been granted to the petitioner through proceedings dated 04.03.2022.

The Second direction pertained to settling of the dues to the petitioner along with interest. This direction has also been complied with and it is seen that a sum of Rs,68, 07, 868.80 has been remitted to the petitioner and the relevant documents were also placed before this Court.

Recording the submissions of the learned Standing counsel and after going through the documents, this Contempt petition stands closed.
