ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.14416 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the communication dated 10.10.2022 bearing Ref.nk/F/e/f/4441-2021-jrh. disposing the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2022, pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.14416 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022.
