This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 27.09.2021 in W.P.No.20645 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the alleged encroachments have been removed by the Respondents and the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the compliance report of the 1st Respondent along with photographs to that effect.
