ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the disobedience of the order of this Court in Criminal O.P.No.21038 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017. 1/3

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, further action was dropped on 13.09.2019 in Crime No.2 of 2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has not received any intimation with regard to the further action dropped by the respondent in Crime No.2 of 2017.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.

The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the further action dropped in Crime No.2 of 2017 within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
