ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.378 of 2015 dated 17.10.2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the parties have mutually resolved the dispute and the petitioner has paid the sum of Rs.47,50,000/- as a full and final settlement of the dues to the respondent herein.

3. In view of the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.378 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore stands quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
