This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 17.09.2021 in Writ Appeal 1/4

No.2377 of 2021.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 17.09.2021 in W.A.No.2377 of 2021 has been complied with and the Respondent has issued appointment order to the Writ Petitioner on compassionate ground . He has also produced the Proceedings No.3126/A1/2020 dated 03.04.2023 of the Respondent to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General and the Proceedings of the Respondent dated 03.04.2023, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
