Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to impugned notice of the second respondent dated 09.04.2003 pertaining to the General Body meeting of the Aruppukottai Devangar Arts College Paribalana Sabai (No.36/70) to be held on 27.04.2003 and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to follow the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act & Rules and convene the General Body meeting of the original members as per list of members of the year 1971 of Aruppukottai Devangar Arts College Paribalana Sabai.
