2.

The petitioner's husband was in possession and enjoyment of 18 cents of land out of a partition deed dated

21.04.1989 in Doc.No.430/1989. While registering the partition, the revenue authorities have shown that there is a passage in between the property in the FMB plan. Despite several requests, the said FMB plan was not corrected by the authorities. Hence a suit in O.S.No.431 of 2004 was filed and the said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner directing the authorities concerned to carry out necessary amendment in the revenue records.

Meanwhile, petitioner's husband died and the petitioner was in a bonafide impression that the said mistake in the FMB plan has been rectified.

Whileso, when a representation was made by the petitioner to issue patta in her name, she came to know that the said records have not been rectified still. Despite several requests, since no orders have been passed by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.

3.

Heard the submission of Mr.R.Gopinath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent. 4.

This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs, consequently MP is closed.
