(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the allegation of the petitioner against his neighbour, the fifth respondent, be verified by the second respondent, by inspection of site, within a period of fifteen days of the receipt of the order and in case any violations are found, action in accordance with law be taken after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of one month thereafter.
