ORDER

This revision is filed against the order of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No. 4804 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021 whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner can approach the Court by way of private compliant for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

However, when the matter came up for hearing today, it is submitted by both sides that in the mean while, the entire amount has been settled and nothing survives in this matter.
