This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.T.R.Sathiyamohan, learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the petition and by referring the counter contended that sufficient cause has not been shown for condonation of delay.

3. However, considering the fact that the suit has been filed for partition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
