This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection for survey and measuring the petitioner's vacant land comprised in S.No.925, situated in Thambu Chetty Street, Triplicane based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2022 received in CSR No.139 of 2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a complaint to the first respondent with regard to give police protection to the petitioner to survey his property comprised in S.No.925, situated in Thambu Chetty Street, Triplicane, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2022 is available with the second respondent and they will consider the complaint of the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2022 and provide police protection for surveying the petitioner's vacant land comprised in S.No.925, situated in Thambu Chetty Street, Triplicane on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
