Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who seeks cancellation of bail granted to the accused/second respondent in a case under trial for the offence under POCSO Act. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that regarding allegation of threatening a criminal case has already been registered and under investigation. So far as the current case is concerned examination of witness is over and the matter is posted for arguments on 26.08.2025.

3.Considering the said fact, this Court finds that there is no necessity to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent herein. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
