under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders forthwith appointing Mr.C.Arun Kumar, Advocate Vellore as Special Public Prosecutor, in the place of the incumbent Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2020, now pending for trial on the file of the Special Court, Vellore constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ

Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
