C.M.P.No.1669 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.112907 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, the learned counsel appears for the first respondent and Mr.N.Sampath, the learned counsel appears for the third respondent. 3.Notice to the respondent Nos.2,4,5 and 6 were dispensed with, as they remained ex-parte before the Court below (Vide Memo SR.8268).

4.The learned counsel for the contesting respondent has no serious objection to the delay of 21 days being condoned.

5.In view of the same, the delay of 21 days is condoned and accordingly the petition is ordered

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.

7.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission.
