This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to order substituted service for respondent/defacto complainant by publication in one issue of Thina Boomi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. On being satisfied with the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to effect service on the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant through substituted service by publication in one issue of Tamil Daily Thina Boomi, having circulation in Vedharanyam, Nagapattinam District, mentioning the date of hearing as 20.10.2023.
