[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned order dated 21.07.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. N. Umapathi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the impugned order dated 21.07.2025 was not served on the writ petitioner and the same was affixed on the compound wall and hence, the writ petitioner was not able to file the original impugned order. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.28858 of 2025, which reads as follows:

cad 'I. ... The petitioner has not been served with the impugned order and the same is affixed in the compound wall and therefore could not file the original. The non-filing of the original impugned order is neither wilful nor wanton.'
