The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue patta in petitioner's name in respect of the property comprised in S.No.121/1, situated at Emapper Village, Salem Main Road, Kallakurichi District to an extent of 1540 sq.ft by considering the representation dated 17.05.2022 made by the petitioner to the first respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the representation submitted by the petitioner 2/4

seeking issuance of patta was rejected.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
