2. When the matter was listed for admission on 12.09.2024, I had requested for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Tiruchengode. I had asked the learned Subordinate Judge to indicate as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit.

3. In compliance with the order, he has sent a report dated 24.09.2024. He would point out that the evidence of the plaintiffs is over and the matter is listed for cross examination of the defendants on 03.10.2024. The learned Judge has sought for six months time to dispose of the suit.

4. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Judge, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode is granted six months time to dispose of the suit. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs. 26.09.2024 Index : Yes/No KST To The Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode.
