(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 28.06.2016 made in W.P.No.22188 of 2016 has not been complied with, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present contempt petition has been filed.

2.An affidavit has been filed by the respondent, wherein, it is stated that appropriate orders have been passed, re-classifying the disputed lands.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
