This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to accept the cause title of the appellant in W.A. (SR) No. 115143 of 2021 from ''Aditya Birla Finance Limited, having its registered office at Indian Rayon Compound, Veraval, Gujarat - 362 266 and a branch at Srinivas Towers, #5, I Floor, Cenotaph Road, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, represented by its Chief Manager & authorized Signatory Mr.Karthik Kumar'' to ''Aditya Birla Finance Limited, having its registered office at Indian Rayon Compound, Veraval, Gujarat - 362 266 and a branch at Sai Sadhan, Ground Floor, TS 125(North Phase), SIDCO Estate, Ekkaduthankal, Chennai - 600 032, represented by its Regional Legal Manager and authorised representative, Mr. V.Thiyagarajan''. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered accordingly.
