Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to order dated 21.08.2023 passed by the respondent No.2 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission and necessary police protection for the Erusiamman Temple Festival at Vedikaranpalayam, Olagadam Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 21.08.2023 passed by the respondent No.2 and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission and necessary police protection for the Erusiamman Temple Festival at Vedikaranpalayam, Olagadam Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
