ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.28349 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022, thereby directed the respondent to the dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and counter parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 01.12.2022 of the respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
